Certified Appraiser

We are certified personal property appraisers through the Certified Appraisers Guild of America and we have other licensed appraisers on staff ready to help you with whatever you may need to be appraised. Whether the appraisal is done for resale, bankruptcy, tax or insurance purposes, we are here to help!

Appraisals are done in order to find the value of different items such as collectibles, property, business, or antiques. In order to receive an accurate appraisal, the appraiser must be a licensed professional. An appraiser will evaluate the condition of the item or property as well as look at the current market value. That information, as well as prior knowledge regarding today’s market, is how the appraiser is able to determine the value.

How to Start the Appraisal Process

As we host auctions year-round, we are aware of the prices in today’s market for many items. This knowledge allows us to accurately appraise the worth of these pieces. Getting this value is as simple as giving us a call or filling out an appraisal request form. If the amount of pieces needing to be appraised is small, the appraisal doesn’t need to be done in person. It can be done by sending in information and pictures. A larger lot of items will require an in-person appraisal so the team is able to give an accurate appraisal.

What Can Be Appraised

As an auction house, we have seen and sold many items and that has equipped us to perform an appraisal on many different items. At Krueckeberg Auction & Realty, we will conduct an appraisal on:

  • Farms, farm ground, and land
  • Estates including real estate & personal property
  • Dissolutions of marriage and the related properties
  • Bankruptcy evaluations
  • …and more!
