WHAT IS A FEDERAL FIREARMS LICENSE?

A Federal Firearms License (FFL) is a license in the United States that enables an individual or a company to engage in a business related to the manufacturing, selling, or importation of firearms and ammunition. Established by the Federal Firearms Act of 1938, all firearm manufacturers and dealers who ship or receive guns are legally required to have an FFL.

We sell firearms in both live auctions and online auctions. When sold online, the firearm will be shipped from our location to another federal licensed dealer in the buyer’s area.

All you have to do is supply the firearm you wish to sell, and Krueckeberg Auction & Reality will take care of the rest to make sure you have the best experience possible! All advertising materials and promotions are handled directly through our team, including product photography. We make the process simple and straightforward, as we want to be your number one source for buying and selling firearms.
